Salmon Sango

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1 oz onion, chopped

2 oz white wine

1 oz carrot, chopped

4 - 5oz  fresh salmon filets
2 oz smelt egg
12 oz Best Food mayonnaise
  • Finely chop onion and carrot

  • Put onion and carrot in blender with wine; blend well

  • Add onion mixture to mayonnaise and stir in smelt eggs

  • Place salmon skin-side up on oven-safe dish or aluminum foil

  • Broil salmon until 80% done (about ten minutes, depending on thickness)

  • Turn salmon over to skin side down and add mayonnaise mixture on top of the salmon

  • Cook until golden brown
