Salmon

1 oz onion, chopped
|
2 oz white wine
|
1 oz carrot, chopped
|
4 - 5oz fresh salmon filets
|
2 oz smelt egg
|
12 oz Best Food mayonnaise

Finely chop onion
and carrot

Put onion and
carrot in blender with wine; blend well
-
Add onion mixture
to mayonnaise and stir in smelt eggs
-
Place salmon
skin-side up on oven-safe dish or aluminum foil

Broil salmon
until 80% done (about ten minutes, depending on thickness)

Turn salmon over
to skin side down and add mayonnaise mixture on top of the salmon

Cook until golden
brown
